Welcome to Berrill Farms, a registered condominium association consisting of 37 units. This is a wonderful diverse community with two ponds, woods, trails for hiking on 124 acres, and plentiful wildlife all of which are close to downtown Hanover, New Hampshire

This website is an effort to provide communication to owners with easy access to information about the Association.

There are many ways to participate at Berrill Farms. Owners are encouraged to volunteer to serve on the Board, to help with social events, to accept special assignments, or to volunteer for tasks that can improve their Association. Please feel free to contact a board member if you have an interest in volunteering.
